Our delicious Kalamata olives are plump, almond-shaped, dark purple with a distinctive, smooth, fleshy texture and meaty taste. The fruit is hand-picked at optimal ripeness and cured slowly in our cellar undergoing atural fermentation, preserving the health-giving bio-phenolics. No preservatives, colourants or additives are added.
